"Calories were easy to see, but the sugar caught me off guard"
I liked that the calories were clear right away, which made it easier to know what I was getting. Maybe I should’ve paid closer attention, but the sugar amount surprised me a bit. Not sure if that’s on me for assuming it would be lower, but it definitely made me think twice.

"Convenient, but could be smoother..."
I use the Jamba Juice app every now and then, and for the most part it does what I need. Ordering ahead is definitely easier than standing in line... but the app can feel a little slow and confusing sometimes, especially when I’m trying to change a pickup time or customize a drink. I’ve also been randomly logged out a few times, which is annoying. It’s still useful, I just wish the whole experience felt a bit smoother

"Fresh fruit, but got watery"
The fruit was really fresh, which I liked, but the bowl just got watery fast. It was still okay, just not as enjoyable after a little while.

"Good smoothie, but something felt off"
The smoothie tasted good like usual, but something felt a little off today. The cup seemed kind of underfilled, which was disappointing. Still enjoyed it, just wish it had been filled up more.

"Got It Fixed, Just Took a While"
I had an issue with my order, and support did end up fixing it, but it took longer than I was hoping. You’re glad it gets sorted in the end, but it’s still kind of annoying having to wait around for it

"Smoothie came fast!!"
My jamba order was totally fine, but my gift card didn’t apply the first time, which was a little annoying. I refreshed and the payment finally went through!! Still got my smoothie quickly, so it all worked out.

"Pretty decent if you pick carefully"
I’ve noticed the greener smoothies usually feel like the healthier choice, while some of the fruitier ones seem to end up tasting sugary. I’m assuming that’s just the pattern with the sweeter options, but it would be nice if the nutrition info was easier to find so I didn’t have to guess. Overall, still a decent spot for healthier drinks.

"Pretty average, but it got the job done"
I ordered through jamba expecting it to be a quick and easy process, and it mostly was, though the site felt a little slower than I thought it would be. The only thing that threw me off was my pickup time changing after I checked out, and the updates weren’t super clear. Luckily, my smoothie was ready when I got there, so that part went smoothly. Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, just not as seamless as I expected.

"Pretty fair for a quick smoothie"
I grab Jamba Juice when I want something quick that isn’t like $12 for a drink. I usually get a medium, and it’s enough to hold me over for a couple hours. It’s not the absolute cheapest option, but compared to a few other smoothie places around me, the price feels fair for what you get. Taste is solid, portions are decent, and I feel like I’m getting my money’s worth most of the time

"They Took My Allergy Seriously"
I have a peanut allergy, so ordering smoothies can make me a little nervous. The person at jamba was really helpful and actually listened when I explained it. They checked the ingredients, washed the blender again, and put on fresh gloves without making it seem like a big deal. I know there’s never a 100% guarantee anywhere, but they were careful and respectful, which made me feel a lot better. The smoothie was good too, but the way they handled my allergy is the main reason I’m giving 5 stars.

"Jamba Makes Dietary Ordering Way Harder Than It Should Be"
I like Jamba, but ordering when you have dietary restrictions is way more frustrating than it needs to be. Some drinks are simple enough to tweak, like asking for no dairy or less sugar, but the allergen info and swap options online are not clear at all. That’s on Jamba. Customers shouldn’t have to guess what’s safe to order. The staff usually tries to help, depending on the location, but they’re basically stuck dealing with confusing info too. Jamba really needs to make allergens and substitutions easier to find instead of making people play detective just to get a smoothie.

"Easy to customize and got it right"
I’m particular about how I like my smoothies, so I really appreciate that jamba.com makes it easy to customize everything. I was able to add boosts, take out ingredients I didn’t want, and choose my size without getting confused or clicking around forever. My smoothie came out exactly how I ordered it, with no weird mix-ups, and checkout was super quick. I’ll definitely use it again.

"Decent drink, but I left a little unsure"
I stopped in feeling hopeful because I had some questions about ingredients and allergy-friendly options. The staff was really nice, which I appreciated, but they didn’t seem totally confident about a few things and had to double-check a couple times. The drink itself was fine, so it wasn’t a bad visit, but I left wishing they knew the menu a bit better, especially for allergy questions.

I order from Jamba Juice a lot and my drink is pretty much always exactly how I like it. Same flavor same texture and nothing weird or different. that is why I keep going back.

"Exactly What I Ordered"
I ordered from jamba and everything showed up just how I picked it. No missing items, no wrong smoothie, and even the add-ons were right toooo. I was happy because that definitely doesn’t always happen with online orders

"Good, but sometimes missing ingredients"
I do like Jamba overall, but yeah… my local store has been out of ingredients a few times when I went to order the drink I actually wanted. The staff was nice about it and offered substitutions, which I appreciated, but it’s still kind of annoying when it’s on the menu and then they can’t make it. Not a huge deal, I guess, just a little frustrating. Still fine overall though

I use jamba.com sometimes when they’ve got some kind of promo going on. I’ve saved a few bucks here and there on drinks, and the checkout was simple. Overall, I’m happy with it.

"Quick and easy Jamba order"
