I wanted to order online and saw a promotion for 50% off if you sign up. I signed up and downloaded the app but there was no discount applied, I ordered and reached out to support. The store manager replied quickly but never took initiative to solve my problem then completely ghosted me and has not responded to a request for an update. I had to reach out to support a second time which got a regional manager’s attention, finally they were able to refund me 50%.
Ghosting customers when they have reached out for support is completely unacceptable, maybe Jamba Juice store managers need to be trained in customer relations?
This took 12 days to resolve, this should have been resolved the next day.

"Smoothies are to die for"
Jamba is one of my favorites! The staff is really friendly which is also why I keep on coming back. The smoothies are to die for. I could have a Peanut butter moo'd smoothie every day if I can. I’d give them 100 stars if I could. Thanks, Jamba!
